This project will involve community surveys, and co-design session which will inform program implementation. A follow up survey will also be conducted after implementation to assess program effectiveness, and measure changes in attitudes, perceptions or behaviour.

1. Identify barriers and motives for each stakeholder to understand the factors that would facilitate changes to current practices for low valuable plastic waste management. 2. Reducing emissions from restaurants is imperative to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Offering plant-based meats can reduce emissions from restaurants. This research identifies barriers preventing restaurants from offering plant-based meat dishes and segments restaurants based on identified barriers.
