This Program aims to identify effective approaches to bridging the digital divide and ensuring technology has a positive impact on the lives of those at the base of the economic pyramid (BoEP).

The findings will be used to develop targeted and impactful programs, policies, and strategies to enable those at the BoEP to harness the digital economy to enhance their financial health and wellbeing.
