Project Description

The project included advice, knowledge capture, output preparation and conference session design to Australian Water Partnership for their engagement in the first ever Water Pavillion at a UNFCCC in Glasgow (COP26).

Outcomes to Date

This project supported the success of the Australian Government’s involvement in the first event Water Pavillion at a UNFCCC event.

Project Significance

Important impacts of this were: highlighting the importance of water in all aspects of climate change and the particular vulnerabilities to climate change in the Indo-Pacific, as well as elevating indigenous Australian voices in the international forum.
