Project Description
EcoSummit 2023 is a forum for scientists, policy-makers and practitioners to take a cross disciplinary approach focused on climate adaptation and the development of environmental and socio-economic resilience and, sustainable global prosperity. All areas of engineering, science, environmental modelling and policy will be considered in this work. An additional focus will by applied to fragile systems that are susceptible to a greater impact from anthropogenic factors and climate change.
Topics are diverse and include: coastal systems; ecology and biodiversity; marine ecosystems and aquatic environments; policies and governance/science and policy, and socio-economics. The conference is expected to culminate with a declaration of vision and policy recommendations.

The EcoSummit 2023 focuses on coastal and marine ecosystems and their habitats to focus on climate adaptation and developing socio-economic and environmental resilience and sustainable prosperity for all.
Project Significance
As the world’s population increases especially in coastal regions, the importance of sustainable resource use and creation of sustainable cities is inevitable. This conference brings together international experts to solve integrated environmental, social, and economic problems facing the world today.
